Terms of Use

By accessing or using this site (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site, place an order, or participate in the affiliate program. You are solely responsible for keeping your XRPL wallet, recovery phrase, and Matrix credentials secure. We cannot recover lost wallets or reverse on-ledger transactions for you.

The Site offers:

• Burn Box kits — physical hardware bundles shipped to a real address.
• Launch Pack NFTs — limited collectible NFTs minted on the XRP Ledger that include platform perks and benefits, such as a discount on select purchases.
• Optional digital rewards — Stealth NFTs and Partner NFTs that may be issued as part of a purchase or promotional drop.

Stock, prizes, and prices may change at any time without notice.

Payments are accepted in XRP and in the TXT token via the Xaman wallet. All settlement happens on the XRPL. "Burn" payments destroy the tokens on-chain and are irreversible once signed and confirmed. Shipping fees on physical orders are charged in XRP and may be combined with the burn into a single batch payload presented for signing in Xaman.

Launch Pack and Burn Box rewards are minted on the XRPL and delivered directly to the wallet address you signed with. Launch Pack holders receive a recurring discount on Burn Box orders for as long as the NFT is held. We do not custody your NFTs — once minted, they live in your wallet and you are responsible for them. Reward eligibility is determined by on-ledger ownership at the time of purchase.

The affiliate program is opt-in and free to join. Opting in to the Affiliate NFT — which is issued to your wallet to identify you as a referrer — carries a one-time XRP network fee. Rewards are paid in two tiers: Level 1 (your direct referrals) and Level 2 (referrals made by your Level 1 affiliates).

How the 2-level payout works. When someone buys a qualifying product (Burn Box or Launch Pack) through your referral link:

• Level 1 (you): you earn a fixed USD-denominated reward per unit sold, paid out in $TXT at the market rate at the time the order is recorded. The exact per-product amount is shown on the Refer page and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Level 2 (your upline): if you were referred to the program by another affiliate, that affiliate also earns a smaller reward — calculated as a percentage of your Level 1 reward — on every qualifying sale you generate. The Level 2 percentage is set per product (Burn Box and Launch Pack are configured separately) and is also paid in $TXT.
• Rewards are credited only after the underlying purchase is confirmed on the XRP Ledger. Cancelled, refunded, expired, or otherwise unconfirmed orders do not generate Level 1 or Level 2 payouts.
• Self-referrals are blocked. You cannot earn a reward on your own purchase, and a Level 1 affiliate cannot earn a Level 2 reward on a purchase made by their own upline. The chain stops at two levels — there is no Level 3 or deeper payout.
• Both your Level 1 and Level 2 balances are visible in your Affiliate Dashboard and can be claimed on demand from there.

Rewards depend on completed on-ledger activity. There is no guaranteed earnings from the program — your earnings depend entirely on the actions of users you refer. We may adjust Level 1 reward amounts, Level 2 percentages, claim minimums, or total payout caps at any time, and we may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, self-referral, wash trading, or other abuse. $TXT amounts are calculated from the USD-denominated reward using the market price at the time the order is recorded; subsequent price movements do not change an already-accrued reward.

Burn Box sales are available to US residents only. Physical orders require a real US shipping address (full name, street, city, region, postal code). Per-customer quantity limits apply to Burn Box and may be tightened at any time to keep stock available for new buyers. You can view the on-chain status of every transaction tied to your wallet on the My Orders page; physical shipment tracking is provided where available.

All sales are final — no refunds. Pending payments can be cancelled before you sign them in Xaman. Once a TXT burn or XRP payment has been signed and confirmed on the XRPL, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed by us, by Xaman, or by the XRPL. If a physical shipment is lost, damaged, or mis-delivered, contact us at info@textrp.io and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

The community chat at /chat is powered by the Brijj server from TextRP, running over the Matrix protocol, and is provided as-is. By posting, you agree to follow basic conduct rules:

• No spam or unsolicited promotion.
• No illegal content.
• No harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• No sharing of other users' personal information.

TextRP may remove messages, mute users, or revoke chat access at any time at its sole discretion. You are responsible for the content you post.

The XRPL and the TXT token are volatile. Token and NFT values can fall to zero. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Beta features may change or be removed without notice. Some features or products may be unavailable in your region; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

The TextRP brand, logos, copy, illustrations, code, and other site assets are owned by Xurge Digital Lab LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Content you post in the community chat remains your responsibility, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the chat.

The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xurge Digital Lab LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost tokens, lost NFTs, or shipment delays.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
